These are the common panels used in Auckland. For every alarm panel there should be a control panel, which is a box measuring approximately 300mm x 300mm x 100mm, mounted against a wall. It may also be mounted in the roof space. To identify your type of alarm panel look at the code-pad to see if the make is printed on it. If not there could be a label on the inside of the control panel. If you are unsure of your alarm type, try to take a digital picture of your code-pad, click here and email the picture to us.
